I joined the email list, am I member?
Absolutely! The moment you join the community you are a member and you have access to new podcast, blog post, product releases, Facebook Live sessions, events and more in real time. Being a member puts you “in the know”. Not to mention notifications and updates as to what the community is doing will be sent to you; no need to search for it. Don’t worry, I won’t spam you because I don’t like getting spammed either.
How do I report an issue with my order?
Please be sure to e-mail your issue along with your order number at takemyfoolishadvice@gmail.com. I will respond within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm EST).
Do you ship internationally?
I currently do not ship internationally. However, most of my products are electronic downloads that can purchased and downloaded by anyone worldwide.
I need to update my shipping address.
I understand things change. Please update your information through the “My Account” tab located on this site. I will do my very best to honor all requests to ship to a new address, different than the address included on your order. If your package has shipped, I cannot guarantee shipping address changes with the delivery carrier.
My order was incorrect or damaged.
Oh no! Please e-mail pictures of what you received including any damage along with order number to takemyfoolishadvice@gmail.com. I will quickly correct any errors.
Do you accept journal returns?
If your journal is unopened, you may send it back with your order form to the address below: Takemyfoolishadvice, LLC Murdock, FL. The unopened journal must be shipped to this address (at your shipping expense) in order for me to process your return and refund you. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Once I have received your item back, I will process your merchandise refund. Please allow 10 business days for refund after receipt of your returned item. Lastly, be sure to email me that you are returning your item, along with your tracking number if you have it. If you have already broken the plastic seal, I am unable to refund or accept your return.
My order was stolen/lost! What can I do?
For all delivery issues, please contact takemyfoolishadvice@gmail.com and I will assist you within 24 business hours. Please be aware additional documentation including a filed claim number with the delivery carrier will be required as part of this process.
