Amy,
I have been spending the day reading your blog. It is insightful to say the least. I look forward to reading future entries to your blog and adding different perspective to your topics.

Hi Amy,
I just saw you on Anderson Cooper’s Show. Congrats!
You mentioned you worked in Marketing and currently you are a blogger, could you write more on marketing?
Hi Tiffanie,
Thank you. It was great being on Anderson. I look forward to more opportunities like that in the future. I actually have a few topics surrounding marketing and women in marketing specifically, coming up. Stay tuned and thank you for commenting. Enjoy the blog.

Hi Amy,
I just saw you on Anderson. Well done!
I am the mother of a 7-year-old girl. I am wondering what the hot-button issues are with your 7-year-old right now.
Also, we just moved from southwest Florida (Sarasota County) after living there pretty much my whole life and I’m wondering what part of Florida you’re in.
Be well,
Susan
Hi Susan,
Aren’t seven year olds fun! My son comes home and dishes out on everything and everyone LOL. One of my concerns is the school lunch program. More and more kids are on the free or reduced lunch program and I hate that we don’t provide healthier choices for them. I pack all meals for my son, including his water for the day.
One issue that concerns my son is the tolerance of misbehavior that he witnesses. It sends a confusing message when a teacher doesn’t correct a student. I understand that teachers just have to pick and choose their battles these days. There have been a lot of layoffs and the teacher to student ratio is higher than it’s ever been.
At home, my son is very laid back; he doesn’t take too much talking too. He’s an only child right now so every now and then I harass him, push him off the bed, throw cold water on him in the shower, hide his shoes, throw bugs on him, etc. just so he would know what it would be like to have a sibling. What are some of the hot-button issues with your 7 year old?
P.S I love Siesta Keys and frequent it often. I hope you get to enjoy the sun where ever you are. Be sure to stay tuned to takemyfoolishadvice we’ll love to hear from you.

Howdy! This is kind of off topic but I need some help from an established blog. Is it hard to set up your own blog? I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty fast. I’m thinking about creating my own but I’m not sure where to start. Do you have any ideas or suggestions? Thank you
Hey,
Begin your own blog can be very easy or very difficult. It all depends on what information you are trying to get across to your reader. I will suggest you spend some time figuring out what the purpose of your blog will be. Once you have that in mind you can determine how you want to rely your purpose to your intended reader. Best of luck to you. Be sure to check back in with us for more information on creating a blog and marketing.
